Rule 97
Personal Record Details
(1) While preparing the personal records of the police personnel, the various aspects of his conduct and performance evaluation should also be clearly disclosed.
(2) The records as per sub-rule (1) shall be kept in the personnel administration branch of the center and the information thereof shall also be sent to the police library.
